Rice Property Management (RPM) was born from a combined interest in helping both homeowners and visitors make the most out of their property. Ryan and Susanna have both worked in the tourism and hospitality fields for many years. They have both worked on high end yachts and have always strived to do their best in every circumstances.
Ryan and Susanna will help clients plan their trip, arrange boat rentals, private chefs, babysitters, provision and are always just a phone call away. They want to make sure that people who visit the BVI fall in love with it and see the beauty in the islands like they do. For property owners, they will ensure that all the maintenance is performed, that the garden and surrounding grounds are neat and tidy and that they property is cared for as if it were their own.
was born in the UK but moved to Tortola when she was 6 weeks old with her parents. Her parents were pioneers in the charter industry and built a villa for short-term rentals on Havers, which was a successful business. She has a bachelor’s degree in Resort Management with a Business minor. Susanna volunteers with the Humane Society and PAW (Promoting Animal Welfare) on Tortola and loves to be out on the water be it sailing, snorkeling or scuba diving.
is from White Rock, British Colombia and moved to the British Virgin Islands in 2001. His passion for sailing lead to a job at Bitter End Yacht Club and then onto captaining private yachts which took him sailing all around the world. Ryan has a Business degree and many years experience as project manager. Ryan loves to sail and one of his favorite pastimes is racing his remote control Laser boat or going for Hobie cat sails.
